We get wind off the sea in cold outbreaks...

But yet, the temperatures are often subzero- Icedays.
I disagree with what you say.

But I love getting up in the morning during a coldwave when there's ice on the floor and frosts on the roofs and the grass. That's real winter.
It was -1f here on 23rd december 2010.. 18f is not brutal lol.

You're talking about colder air masses or fronts-a different matter.

We may get in the teens, but 20's is typical. Today is 33 and snowing. We do not get snow! I live in the northern end of Sacramento Valley. It snows on Mt. Shasta but not here - today it is. It's been snowing for hours, it's so beautiful!!!

No it is colder.

I'm not arguing with you again about what constitues a sea breeze. As of now a sea breeze is a wind that comes off the sea.

That's fine. I accept that you lack a coherent understanding of wind cause and effects. It might be worth you working on the basics of meteorology, to get a better understanding.
