Couldn't care less. Snow belongs on mountains.

Very important. It doesn't feel like winter if there isn't a guaranteed snowpack for a couple of months (adding up the periods, as it may melt completely in the course of a normal winter). My main grip with the climate I'm living in is the 6-month long autumn. It's an utter borefest.

I don't mind alittle bit of snow pack but it's not important.

Shoveling the driveway gets old after awhile.
Good forced exercise though.

Very important. Snow lights up the darkest time of year and makes winter a distinct and beautiful season. I get bored of fall after a month, I can't imagine having to suffer through six months of it.

It's relatively important. Where I live I'm lucky if there's a week of snow on the ground in an entire winter, but optimal would be at least one month of reliable snowcover.

Not important, way too warm here. I think on record, the longest period of time with snow on the ground was like three weeks, and it was kinda freaky. But even with our biggest storms, it is melted within a few days. And once in a blue moon we don't even see measurable snowfall during a winter, so don't count on much snow cover here.

Somewhat important. I can live without snow and sometimes curse it, but sure still like it. A variable climate is nice, the winter landscape looks beautiful and you begin to appreciate warmth and spring sunshine in a new way after you've been under overcast skies, heaps of snow and -15C temperatures for a while.
But, I don't like long winters. A winter from mid-December to mid-February would be perfect, with about 6 weeks of snow cover.

Well a good climate for me would have a 2 month snowpack.

It is essential that a snowpack be established by the time winter begins on December 1, and it is essential that the snowpack stay intact and growing through the winter (at least 3 months, preferably 4-5 months). That is the essence of a deep winter and that is what I love, so as you might guess it is not just important for me, but actually critical.

And as one would expect, the people who don't like snow don't want a snowpack, and the people who do like snow want a snowpack.

Very. The most snow on the ground last winter was about 3 inches, which thoroughly pissed me off.
