B. I'm kind of used to bipolar winters. That bipolar January is a colder version of Memphis January's. One day it could be in the mid-70s and a week later it could be in the teens and snowing.

Quite nice and interesting! A bit cooler higs and more snow, and I would give the month an A. Now it's a B January.

12 subfreezing highs is pretty good. The most I've ever seen in one month was 6. A lot of variation and some snow adding up to an interesting month; I give it a B+ (could be more consistently cold).

Other than the freaky day on the 22nd and the cold night on the 28th, it looks like a typical January here...

Variation in winter is annoying when it's cold enough to snow in the first place. B

Not terrible. The coldest it gets isn't THAT cold and it's been that cold where I live before. There are also a few mild days thrown in, which is also similar to my area. C-

A. If it was just a bit more bipolar, A+. I hate weather stability.
