27 C in July 2012 in Serres. But in the city centre add about 3 to 4 C due to UHI.

Highest I can find at Luqa Airport is 28C in August 1999 & at Balzan 28.6C in August 1999 & 2007 & also in June 2007... Where I live (more built up area than both Luqa & Balzan) I had a minimum as high as 27.1C in August this year & 27.8C in September, so I would guess in my area that the record high low would be around 30C & I did find an unofficial 31.3C record high low on Gozo...

Here in Winnipeg at 50N it is 28.3C, which is the airport location. Probably 1-2C higher downtown.

Surprised it is higher than that of Brisbane, Serres and other locations.

lows in the mid 80s are the highest weve seen im guessing (here in my suburb), but just this September, Mt. Washington just north of Downtown Los Angeles recorded a low of 83 F on Sep 17th, so my suburb being hotter, must have seen a warmer low, so mid 80s sound right.

I don't know if it's the all-time record but during the heat wave of July 2009 there was one night with a low of 22°C, which is equal to the average high for that time of year (and a full 8°C warmer than the average low, in a climate with very low standard deviation). So if that's not the record it's surely very close to it.
