Considering İzmir has a mean temp of 28°C in hottest month with a high of 33.2°C and a low of 22.4°C.
What high and low would Edremit have with a mean temp of 27.1°C in hottest month (official data)
I'd estimate that the high would be in either low or mid 32s (°C) and the low would be in either low or mid 21s (°C).
I'd make estimation based on the hottest month mean temperature information given officially.
As for the coldest month mean temp, it is about 7.5°C (7.46°C), given officially for Edremit (it could, however, be slightly colder with older years of average, such as 7.3°C)
I'd estimate that the high would be in low 11s (°C) and the low would be in either mid 4s (°C).
On this different website of the met office which were made to show coldest and hottest month mean temps for places, winters look slightly warmer (by about 0.25°C in usual, a quarter degree) when I compare provincial capitals in both Mediterranean and Aegean Regions of Turkey with their older years of average that were made in a detailed way.
Anyway... as I said, I give an E for my location.

I give it a D. Summers are too hot, but winter temps are good, other than it is far too windy and dry most of the time. I like the snowfall, but the climate is far, far too dry overall. I also think it is far too sunny.
Basically extremely wet climates that are cool to cold year round, hopefully get some snow in winter, and are very, very cloudy. Southeast Alaska is basically my dream climate-wise. It would be cool to go there someday. Cfb, Cfc, some Dfc.
Basically climates that are still generally wet and cool but maybe slightly too warm in summer and not quite as wet as I’d like, also with winters that aren’t cold and snowy enough. Cfb, Cfc.
C climates for me are climates that are maybe too dry or too sunny, but make up for it with extreme continentality and frigid winters. It just makes everything much more interesting, and I like Subarctic vegetation as well (a.k.a. taiga). Dfc.
D climates for me are mainly continental climates that are usually too sunny, too hot in summer, too warm in winter, too dry, etc., but are still continental enough that I wouldn’t be uncomfortable in winter. Dfa, Dfb, Cfa, BSk.
E climates for me are basically too hot year round or too cold in summer to the point where it’s just depressing. Some might be too dry, some might be wet but hot and humid. Also If winters are just excessively cold. BSh, Af, Aw, As, Am, ET, Dfd, BWk, some Dfc.
F climates are basically uninhabitable climates. This can be extremely cold, or stupidly hot climates. Other aspects that put climates in this category are extreme aridity and way too much sun. BWh, EF.

I give it a B for your climate. It is a colorful climate. Not a boring one.
An A climate for me are places like Lisbon & Nice. Mediterranean climates but not completely bone dry in the summer months while still seeing plenty of sun, ideal sun angle and of course nice temperatures between 25-30C. Winters are cooler but still mild and get enough rain to keep the surrounding areas green.

Just to let you know, St. John's is also very windy.

Out of curiosity though, what makes Phoenix lose some points so that it is an A-/B+ climate?
