All of the above places are more "eternal summer" to me, (albeit mild summers), rather than eternal spring. Even Kunming is only really springlike from November to March.
Cusco is somewhat more spring-like, for most of the year:
Kunming is the mildest and most spring-like, the others have mid to high 20's Celsius year round maximums which is more summerish ,despite cool nights.
Kunming is so great!!! Heavy rainfalls in summer with normal temperatures, it never gets hot, it has around 2000 hours of sunshine. Weather for walks and outdoor activities most of the time except the period June - August.
Cuernavaca is too warm to be spring-like, especially March to May. It's similar to Tegucigalpa but with more rain and more variation in temperature.
Every month in Medellin has a high temperature above 80°F and a low above 60°F, and the record low is only 46°F. This is also more tropical and summer-like than spring-like.
Kunming has the mildest temperatures of the three cities, has occasional freezes, and has no month with an average temperature above 70°F. It's the most spring-like of the three climates and the only one mild enough to be considered so.
"Spring-like" climates are those such as Bogota, Toluca, Antofagasta (though too dry), Baguio, Ponta Delgada and the Azores as a whole, Norfolk Island, and Quito.
