F! To hot for my liking in the June to Sep period and hardly any rain all year round! How is the grass going to grow in that crappy climate... It's a climate that will kill you! Though like the sunshine totals and the rest of the year looks pleasant enough - just no rain! Also where can one surf around the city? LOL
