F- this is WAY too cold in winter, and the warm months are ruined by too much rainfall!

Quite a climate. Although the winter extremes would be interesting, it's much too cold for my taste, and the snowfall figure of 32 inches strikes me as measly. The short summer, though, is quite nice. I also don't mind the sunshine figure. I'll give it a grade of C. I wouldn't mind living here, but of a very mediocre quality.

EDIT: It appears that my C is the highest rating given to Noth thus far.

I guess you just drove your mind way too far...

That -170F isn't possible on Earth due to its distance to Sun and atmosphere...But for Moon its quite available (except for rainfall, of course)

Probably in remote mountains of Antarctica we've seen -170 F... we've recorded -128 F in Vostok, but there are nearby mountains that are 3000' higher that may have seen -170 before. Plus our records only go back about 60 years in Antarctica. There's probably been a -170 somewhere at some time in the last few thousand years.

That's if there aren't temperature inversions. Those mountaintops may be much warmer. The innermost interior of the continent may get that cold.
