I don't sweat much at all and not in that range no. If it's hot enough to for me to sweat (35°C+) then it's still better than being cold.

Hot: above 25c, or above 27c if it's cloudy.

Comfortable: from 14 to 24c if it's sunny and from 16 to 26c if it's cloudy.

Cold: from -5c to 13c if it's sunny, and from -8c to 15c if it's cloudy.

Uncomfortably cold: colder than -5c if sunny and colder than -8c if cloudy.

My NYC perspective on daytime apparent temperatures.

Summer:
Very Hot = >114°F / 45.6°C
Hot = >102°F / 38.9°C
Very Warm = >87°F / 30.6°C
Warm = >77°F / 25°C
Cool = <75°F / 23.9°C

Winter:
Warm = >60°F / 15.6°C
Mild = >49°F / 9.4°C
Cold = <45°F / 7.2°C
Very Cold = <29°F / -1.7°C

In general, I'm fine with anything "mild" and above.

Where do you live?! I take it you very rarely feel hot then!

We've already had a decent thunderstorm this year but I always want more as for heat we usually get a few 25 degree days but never near my "hot" category.

Hot for me is 30C+ although it depends what I'm doing. If I'm working then 30C is very uncomfortable, I've worked in 50C heat though which was pretty horrific!

Cold during Summer is less than 18C, the last few summers has seen plenty of these days.

I'm not going to mention winter because I hate it!

Yes I was going to back in 2011 but unfortunately circumstances prevented it that time. Maybe next summer (2014).
