Looking at the title, I was getting ready to say F. Now that I've opened the thread and the climate was the opposite of what I was naturally expecting, I give it an F, lol.

Record temps? F. Would have made E if summers were just a little warmer, with at least two months averaging highs above 60F. The winters, as much as I love winter, just drags on for far too long. Even Anchorage and Fairbanks have longer and much warmer summers. Hell so do many places in Siberia for that matter!
