P London's precipitation thread made me think about it. So what's your favorite bracket?

No poll, no suggestions, no dates? Lazy ass, or did the Classique take all your attention?

Depends a bit. If the temperatures rise well above freezing frequently and the winter is also rainy, I could take 150 cm, but if not, and the snowpack stays mostly troughout the winter, 100 cm is probably a good maximum. With constantly cold temperatures 80 cm might be sufficient.

Not much in November and March, most of it should fall between mid-December and the end of February.

Ok, there it is. Less than 120cm for me, then.

100 - 250 cm ideally, but more than that is great too. Any less is not so good, unless it all accumulates without much if any thawing.

I like a lot of snow for sure, but not entirely sure yet if I want to vote for the last or second to last option. It is definitely one of those though. It would also depend on the length of the snow season and how much stays on the ground vs being melted or evaporated away between snowfalls.

I voted between 250 and 500 cm, but my dream total is much closer to the former. The lenght of the snow season / winter temperatures are the ones featured in your dream climate.

Couldn't you wait a minute?! Took some time, as some of our fellow American posters would probably be lost without a feet-inches conversion.
As for the Classique, I don't watch football. Though we have a betting competition at work and I bet on a 2-0 victory for Paris. Looks like the real football fans will be mad at me, once again!

0 as my dream climate is tropical.

I do however love snow, so I were forced to live in a climate with cool winters, I'd like a lot of snow. Dunno about the exact number though.

100 to 120 cm is about what I'm used to.

Any more would imo too much.

Anything above 180 cm is quite acceptable, but 600 cm or so is ideal for me. Yes, I like snow and I like it in large doses . I prefer a hardcore winter with no half-measures.

As for feet and inches, I prefer inches to centimeters, but I can easily convert. By the way, annual totals are typically expressed in just inches, not feet and inches (e.g. "250 inches", as opposed to "20 feet, 10 inches")

24-36 inches is sounds like a good pick to me, which is much more than my average.
