Same here, <16C is actually quite cold for oceanic Southern Hemisphere climates, 16-18C is ideal.
Anything at or over 19C is generally subtropical and too hot for the rest of the year.

About the same as I have now, which is 13.4C/57F for the coldest month. Much warmer than that and there probably wouldn't be many apples grown in this area.

If the max is 18c on the coldest month then they dont have a winter. Simple as.
