I doubt your highest monthly mean temperature is anywhere near 23C. 23C average high seems not unlikely though.
No, my monthly mean for the warmest month is 17.5C. The mean of the coldest month is -5.2C, so that makes a difference of almost 23C between the warmest and coldest month.

It looks like you did because you don't mention, are you talking about two different climates here?
I was talking about my dream climate and my actual climate. Perhaps I was a bit unclear. My point was that in my actual climate the difference between the means of the warmest and coldest month is 23C, and in my dream climate it would be 25C. Still, my dream climate differs a lot from my real climate, though the variation between the coldest and warmest months are quite close to each other.
10-15 C variation for seasonal averages with record lows no lower than 12 C colder than the average low in the coldest month.
Ideal summer averages: 29 C/18 C
Ideal winter averages: 18 C/8 C
Record High: 43 C
Record low: - 3 C
