This is a difficult one as they are no obvious clues as to the climate. I'm going to say somewhere on the Caspian Sea, as a wild guess

That could be anywhere with a season warm enough to melt ice, since the sea or lake is not frozen. So could be from the Arctic or Subarctic to the Tropics.

The bay near Concepcion, Chile? The topography seems right and the low clouds/fog make sense, but it's still a pretty wild guess
