Not Cornwall unless it's out of season, there's about 5000 people too few on the beach. Maybe Brittany? Or the west coast of Ireland?

omg tommy have you memorized every hill in florida?

view from Iron Mountain ~295 ft. above sea level, Bok Tower Gardens. Just north of Lake Wales, FL (Central FL).

hmmm... i'm going to guess in stages.
90% sure it is southeastern U.S.
50% sure it is the piedmont region of MS, AL, GA, SC, or NC.
25% chance it is Tennessee, Arkansas, or northern Louisiana.

ehh... what the heck, I've been to Tennessee, that looks like Tennessee to me. I think it is Tennessee.

Technically it is Cfa according to Koppen, but you are 100% wrong on the states you've guessed.
