Objectively, Hawaii has one of the best climates in the world for human comfort and safety. Severe weather is pretty much impossible but much of the islands receive a good combination of ample sunshine and gentle warm rain showers. Temperatures, both day and night, every month of the year, pretty much stay in the 65-90F (19-32C) range at sea level almost all the time. Also, compared to other tropical climates, reliable trade winds and a summer dry season keeping the summer humidity in check. Yet summer still provides enough precipitation and moderate humidity to keep things green with precipitation varying widely within the same island so more tropical crops can be grown on the wetter parts without irrigation while enjoying outdoor activities without being rained on in the drier parts of the islands. No household heating is ever needed and the trade winds are strong enough that a house or ceiling fan can allow comfortable sleeping without air conditioning. 100F (38C) is the hottest temperature recorded in Hawaii and is lower than the record high every state except for Alaska. Temperatures at sea level rarely have a nighttime low below 60F (16C) or a daytime high below 72F (21C) with all time record lows usually around 50-55F (10-13C). If one desires cooler weather, there are plenty of mountains and you can pick your temperature range based on elevation.

It gets a C. Not much interest for real weather fans. Comfortable to do just about anything outdoors (except in the rainier bits) but not much of a climate to interest anyone.
My favorite Hawaiian climate is at Lanai City, mostly because provides a Mediterranean rainfall pattern (though it is warm enough to be savannah). I'd rate it a C+/B-.
There's a variety of climates in the state of Hawaii, depending on the island and even which side of the island on which you stand. Pretty dang nice, though!
While Hawaii could be a paradise it isn't for me at all.
