So, a new ET-climate... this time with a very long, very snow and very cold winter... Summers are Torshavn-like with more precipitation and more precipitation-days... Snow depth is 5m on average at the end of winter and the snow usually disappears in early August (while some areas at the place are glaciated). Sunshine is very low due to the fact that winters are completey dark from October til February because of the high latitude and summers are very rainy and cloudy... March and April are the only months with lower precipitation but they're still very cloudy... All in all: miserable place, excpecting a lot of Fs... I'll give it an E+.. Winters too long, too dark and summers too cool. Still better than hot desert ...
Brutal winters and NO summer whatsoever. There are other continental climates (like North Dakota for example) that have similar winters but they offer summers warm enough to swim in a lake. This is like a Winnipeg/Siberian winter with a Faroe Islands/Aleutian Islands summer. YUCK!
None of the months have even tolerable weather except for June and, July and maybe August... Those would be decent winters. Everything else is hell. F-------
C, maybe C+ or B- . I believe that actually exist some places in the world that experience a similar climate, for example around Thompson Pass in Alaska (but with milder winters and far more sunshine), or maybe somewhere in the Patagonian Andes or in Southern Greenland.
I gave this climate an E;only because of how ludicrous this novel climate is.
