Refrigerator temperature. Forty and below. That's not "freezing," but I would classify it as "cold."

12C with just above freezing dewpoint felt cool borderline chilly (2 layers). Madinah, Saudi Arabia, 5 January 2016 at 5am, 2 hours before sunrise
