-10 to 0°C warm? Absolute rubbish, so you'd wear shorts and a t-shirt at -10°C? -10 to 0 is freezing, below -10°C is bitterly cold. Only 16-20°C is warm!

That's absolutely ridiculous, -10°C is freezing and hat, scarf and gloves weather. I've seen people wear a hat scarf and gloves at 14°C+ and that's also ridiculous.

When I am not angry I typically do wear hat and gloves at those temperatures. Although, I will be honest, and say that I have never worn a scarf in my life. I do have this jacket protection thing for my face though, but my nose hurts when it is below -30C

Temperatures never go below -30°C here, our record low is -22. I have also never experienced below -30°C or even -20°C even when I went to Rovaniemi in winter.
So -36°C with no wind isn't cold? That's extreme, bitter cold.
No, -36C with no wind is perfectly acceptable, I've been out in those conditions for long periods of time with no issue. This was around 47N latitude in the Northwoods of the US.

31-34°C is scorching not hot. 35-39°C is scorching not very hot. Above 40°C is scorching not dangerously hot.
Why do you have only one category for everything from 31C on up? Throwing everything from 31C to 50C into the same basket of "scorching" is too simplistic; I suspect you have not actually experienced the higher temperatures to recognize the differences.
31C does not feel much like 37C, for example. We have both temperatures regularly in the summer, and the difference is very noticeable. I'll go out for bike rides at 31C, but not at 37C.
41C is another level of heat ("stay inside by the fan with a cold drink"), and once when I was in Palm Desert it was 47C, which is in a league of its own.
If you have many layers and face mask, perfectly doable without wind, especially in deep woods areas.
