I looked up climate data for Salem, and I'm wondering why they list the city as Cfb, when, if I'm doing my math right, it qualifies as Csb since the driest month has less than 1/3 of the precipitation of the wettest month and must have below 30mm of rain? Salem has 174.2mm in the wettest month and 11.2mm in the driest month. Surely that would make it Csb and not Cfb? I think other western Oregon cities might have the same discrepancy
According to Köppen, many cities in the PNW up to Victoria, BC count as Csb.
I agree with that, but it seems like the Wikipedia entries are wrong they list most of these cities as Cfb
