Never been to Wrigley field, but I've gone to plenty of baseball games during the summer. It's pretty uncomfortable if you're out in the sun for hours.

I don't know, I'd find both comfortable. Last July, NYC had a cloudy/overcast 100°F day and I enjoyed it, and sunny 85°F days always feel pleasant, however, if the sun is beaming down on me, I'd get annoyed from having to squint for three hours. I guess I'd choose 100°F & shade (or cloudy/overcast conditions).

100F is a lot easier. 85F and sunny generally means an unpleasant sun that most people seek shelter from.

Close but I still voted for 100 F in the shade. If I could wear a very large hat (sombraro opposed to a baseball cap) that would keep the sun out of my skin entirely, I might change to 85 F but it would still be a tough call.

100 and shade is a no brainer if you're still disallowed from moving and confined to the seat. With full freedom of movement, I'd still pick 100 and shade, but it would be close.

That's like asking me what's worse, chocolate ice cream or vanilla ice cream?

I love them both.

100. Well 85 in the sun is just intolerable.

I'd go sun, with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Both would be unpleasant to me though.

Wrigley Field is in Chicago and is where the Chicago Cubs play their home baseball games.
