Salt Lake City although the summers are a bit warmer than I'd prefer, the climate seems more comfortable while maintaining four seasons. Winters bring snow but not the brutal cold Minneapolis has. Also like the fact that the summers have some rain but are not extremely wet and humid the Southeast nor are they bone dry like California.
Everything is in moderation.

MPLS for the higher and better (imho) distributed precipitation. Minn would be better with milder and wetter winters though, even if it's already a great climate as it stands.

I'm with you on that, slightly warmer and wetter winters would be nicer.

Prefer it over SLC for sure.
