Here's a different twist on "Battle of the Climates"- rather than picking the climate you prefer, pick the climate that you'd LEAST want to live in among the following. If unfamiliar with some of the climates, please read the links before voting based on only the ones you are familiar with. For example- you should know that Fargo, ND has colder winters than Anchorage, Alaska before voting.

Since I'm in the U.S., I did mostly U.S. cities but did include a couple of locations outside the U.S. with climates that can't be found here. I included Singapore rather than Honolulu because I wanted a much wetter and hotter tropical climate in the poll.

1) New York City, NY New York City - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

2) Los Angeles, CA Los Angeles - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

3) Fargo, North Dakota Fargo, North Dakota - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

4) Orlando, Florida Orlando, Florida - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

5) Anchorage, Alaska Anchorage, Alaska - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

6) Yuma, Arizona Yuma, Arizona - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

7) Eureka, California Eureka, California - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

8) Singapore http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Singapore#Geography

9) Calama, Chile http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calama,_Chile#Geography_and_Climate
It's very weird and different from anything you've heard of before- desert without hot weather

Fargo would be my least desired climate due to extremes.

My first choice to live in would be NYC for all four seasons in moderate doses.

I tried to include a lot of variation in this poll without any ridiculous extremes (no Antarctica, Dallol, Siberia, or Venus) in this poll for obvious reasons.

Calama. The notion of weather must be alien to its inhabitants.

Anchorage. At least Fargo has a summer to make up for the hellish winter...Anchorage just gets a couple of months of spring.

Calama. It is one of the weirdest climates I've ever seen. If you just look at the highs, it's almost (if not) tropical. But the lows are just weird.

It's also virtually rainless and makes Phoenix look very wet in comparison . But the warm daytime highs and near-freezing overnight lows provide some variety without any "hot" weather.
