Cyprus is currently in the headlines. Putting aside its economic troubles, what do you think of the climate of Cyrpus' capital city Nicosia? Nicosia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I give it a D-. Summers are way too hot and overall it's too sunny. Winters offer a decent reprieve from the heat, so that saves it from a F.

Sounds very similar to Palm Springs, California temperature-wise but with a little more rain. I give it a C. It's too hot in summer and also would prefer a little bit more cold in winter. I'd take it over an extreme climate but it's not my first choice

B. That summer is awesome, but it'd be nice if it wasn't so dry.

Slightly too hot summer drags it down.

C- I prefer this to Alice Springs: still very sunny, but a little cooler for longer.

The average winter minimums could be a bit higher.

C for me. I find summers that are hot, dry and sunny, a bit depressing as I prefer lush environments. Take out June-September and it looks a lot better.

B, it'd be an A if it wasn't so dry and had slightly warmer summers.
