I'd say in Denver we're a little over half way to all the trees being completely green. We have a lot of rain coming up for the next 3 days, then sunny and temps up to the 80s, so I'd say things will be incredibly green in about 10 days
Saw some tiny leaves on some birches and big willows today. Also a couple of alders had something you can count as leaves. Maples are flowering, but no leaves yet.

A couple of days early maybe. I think they were in a sheltered position, as the majority of birches I encountered don't have leaves yet. But it's just a matter of days now.
I think I saw my first leaves on trees on 29 April last year.
Just watched the situation in Riga on a couple of webcams, and not much visible green there either.

Still none and the ones that did come out have turned orange.
