In Minnesota the trees are only green four months a year. Sometimes it is late May before things green up and by early September there is fall color and by late September they are bare.
What's with the face? I'm being serious, I remember looking out of my back window and looking at one of the trees, it was starting to bud, it wasn't the only tree either... Down here, trees can bud as early as early February, in 2014 we had daffs growing in mid-January... ahhh - the balmy Portsmouth climate
Haha, County Londonderry is in Northern Ireland right? No wonder why there's such a seasonal lag... All of the trees in and around the Portsmouth area have sprung, and most are now green... We may be getting very cold weather at the moment, but it certainly looks a bit like summer out there!
