Increase the average summer temps by 6°C.

If keeping winter temps the same, that would mean though that late spring and early autumn temps would have to increase as well, in keeping with the normal temperature curve transition from one month to the next.

Lower the summer temps. 28.8c - 6 = 22.8c.

Buxton with 6°C warmer summers. (Months around summer are adjusted upwards so the temperature curve remains smooth).

The summers still aren't very warm!

Of course, decrease summer temperatures by 6c!!!! Thats the most important thing and if i had to chose only one option ill chose that one, and that would GREATLY improve BA weather.

But i would also like to decrease winter temperatures by 6c.

Actually, i would take 6c of each month and climate will be almost perfect.

Sunshine and precipitation (and distribution of both) are ideal in BA, the problem is the warmness. So by decreasing 6c each month, this would be a great climate. (I would go as far as decreasing 10c in summer and winter)

I'd increase the average winter temperatures by 6C, that'd make NYC's mean winter temperature about the same as Columbia, SC's, which is 8C.

I'd miss the snow though, but I'd get over it.

BA with 6 c less each month

January: 14/24c
February:13/23c
March: 11/21c
April: 8/17c
May: 4/13c
June: 2/10c
July: 2/8c
August: 3/11c
September: 4/13c
October: 7c/17c
November: 10c/20c
December: 12/22c

Around 57% sunshine each month, and evenly distributed rain. A MUCH more pleasant climate, isnt it?

But look how STILL it has consistent and decent summers and the winters arent even really cold!!! I substracted 6 celsius from the highs and the lows for each month and the climate still doesnt really have a real winter, and summers are still summers!

Increase spring, summer, and autumn temps by about 3C, and decrease winter temps by 2C. Keep precip, humidity, and sunshine the same.

So I did it. Added 3C to those months, and March and November by 1C. The warmup and cooldown is quite rapid still, but gives me 5 months of summerlike weather, and 2 cooler, but ok enough shoulder months.

A decrease of 6C in the winter wouldn't be enough.

Here it is though. 6C subtracted from the winter months, 3C from March and November, plus 300 extra sunshine hours (sunshine hours are okay as they are though, but not perfect).

Cool questions but multiple answers would have been cool. I would of chose decrease winter temps and decrease yearly sunshine.
