Malta has similar temperatures but the precipitation is reversed and it is sunnier.

Just because Europe doesn't have the same Cfa climate as the deep south desn't mean it doesn't have a Cfa climate.

Hold on a sec-you just said that Malta's climate is Mediterranean and compared it to LA!

On the other hand, what you say is true. Just like SoCal has a Mediterranean climate, but still not the same as those of southern Europe.

They are not part of the US, whereas French Guiana and Reunion are part of France, and the EU. That's like me saying that the UK has Mediterranean/tropical and subtropical climates in Gibraltar, Montserrat and Bermuda.

The point I was making originally anyway was that it was not fair to include Alaska and Hawaii and then claim the US has tropical/polar climates, but then exclude similar places for Europe and claim it doesn't have those climate types. All of the climates that Hawaii4evr posted, can be found in Europe/EU.

Okay, so where is this Humid Sub climate in Europe?

You don't get to include one climate in two diff categories.

Malta is bone dry in summer, and only gets 21 inches of rain a year. Sure sounds Med to me.

So where in Europe looks like this?

I was agreeing with you. I just said he had a point about climates being slightly different in different regions, even if classified as the same. For example, the tropical climate of most of Brazil is different from the tropical climate of Aruba.
But I totally agree, Europe has no humid subtropical cities with the same climate/scenery as New Orleans.

I said that nowhere in Europe has a Cfa climate like the deep south (post 142), but Cfa climates are found in Europe in northern Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, parts of Greece and around the Black Sea coasts of Bulgaria, Turkey and Ukraine.
