Alice Springs.

I'm a heat lover, but Riyadh is a bit warmer than I'd like, and it's way too dry.

You're a heat lover alright.

Alice for the win.

It might be fairer to put it against Marble Bar: Marble Bar, Western Australia - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Good point, although Mecca is hotter still -and has no cool season.
On the original question, "'the Alice"" in a no contest.
Even now, night time temperatures are tolerably cool, and winters there can be quite cold, a bit of elevation helps.
I watch the weather closely, and the early part of this year had a sustained hot spell in the Alice, which eventually resulted in record heat being dragged to the east coast, but usually the number of days over 40C is not over the top.

Alice seems pretty nice for a desert climate! Like Cairo with the rainfall pattern moved to a time when a sudden shower would be refreshing.

Riyadh, of course.
Because of the extremely hot summer.
