Let me use my Sherlock Homes climatic deductive reasoning (lol - just kidding).
1)There are queen palms…but they tend to only be planted in subtropical areas (New Orleans, Atlanta, Sydney, Brisbane). They do poorly in tropical climates I’ve heard.
2) There is green grass, which suggests a climate that either has high rainfall or is cool(sih) for a warm climate in summer.
3) I see at least 2 tree ferns….which are often planted in cooler climates (they tend to do poor in true hot subtropical climates).
So my guess is a place between 33 and 40 latitude…..that has warm winters and modestly warm (but not hot) summers…..and is borderline subtropical climate. Maybe the Azores, maybe north Island, New Zealand. I'll go with the tip of North Island, NZ
