I 'll go for NZ as well, but it could be anywhere from the top of the South Island up. Queen palms and Passion Fruit vine grow anywhere away from colder inland areas. The A/C units are most likely for heating rather than A/C, although they are dual purpose.

Queen palms can grow in tropical climates, but faster growth tends to make them less compact (less attractive) and there are tropical tree ferns ( can't see any in the pic though ), but they don't reach the lofty heights of subtropical/temperate ones(20m/65ft)

Second answer would be the Azores or Maderia

The small tree in the center with the long stems is Schefflera actinophylla...which is not frost hardy
The large trunked tree to the right looks like it might have been frozen back at one point...
There's also a small papaya in the background. Don't see any tree ferns...

Texas?

1)There are queen palms…but they tend to only be planted in subtropical areas (New Orleans, Atlanta, Sydney, Brisbane). They do poorly in tropical climates I’ve heard.

2) There is green grass, which suggests a climate that either has high rainfall or is cool(sih) for a warm climate in summer.

3) I see at least 2 tree ferns….which are often planted in cooler climates (they tend to do poor in true hot subtropical climates).

So my guess is a place between 33 and 40 latitude…..that has warm winters and modestly warm (but not hot) summers…..and is borderline subtropical climate. Maybe the Azores, maybe north Island, New Zealand. I'll go with the tip of North Island, NZ
Good thinking, but result not correct ...

Fancy looking house, whitewashed with mini split A/C, Queen palms, and bars on the windows. Brazil? Chile?

That's exactly what I'm thinking as well. I base my assumption on the shape of the house and the bars on the windows more than the vegetation LOL
