This is not all that bad of a climate - and not much difference temp wise from the area where I live. Winters are still too cold to suite my tastes, but there is at least a true hot season and the sunshine hr and low rainfall are great.
D+. Too warm year round. Make summers 10F cooler and you've got a C+ from me.
