Not at all bad for Russia. Summers are very good (coolish lows go well with the very warm highs). But winters are still a little too long and cold. But the biggest problem is the lack of sunshine, especially in winter. Can't give it higher than a C- for that reason. Could have been a C+ or even a B- if the sunshine was much better.
I rate it a C. The winters are too warm but are still not bad, and I suspect it gets a halfway-decent snowfall figure. The sunshine hours are nice, but summers are far too hot for my taste. Overall it's a package deserving of a C grade.
Rainfall quite good, but sunshine poor {"the vast country is cloudy despite its continentality" was a quote from an old almanac about Russia"}, temps don't improve things all that much. D/C-.
C- for the winters... seems like a slightly more continental Osoyoos.
