20 MPH.
WIND GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH...SMALL HAIL...AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL
WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
IN ADDITION TO SMALL HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND
LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. MOVE INDOORS IMMEDIATELY!
