why does everyone think that south beach is the only beach here? there's the beaches at Crandon park there is also Matheson Hammocks Park Beach, Homestead Bayfront Park Beach, Haulover Beach Park, Oleta River State Park Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park Beach, Bal Harbour beach, Golden Beach, Surfside, Virginia Key beaches, and then there are the beaches in everglades and biscayne national parks. point is you should have come there are plenty of family friendly beaches here and a few of the beaches here are not.

I did a HIIT cycle in 26°C heat today. I don't think I've ever sweat that much before but it was voluntary and I didn't mind. This is now the fourth warmer than average month in a row. It's got to get better soon and I'll be happy when it does.
