17:00, cloudy with a severe thunderstorm watch, about 31C with a dewpoint of 25C (heat indices around 38 to 40C). Probably the highest dewpoint this year, and one of the hottest if you go by heat index.

Not a true monsoon in that there is no reversal, like in the Indian continent. That's cool that they call it one now.
