They have almost similar climate except that in Atlanta is slightly hotter and rainy.

Atlanta has 7 months with an average high temperature above 20 degrees and Yalta 4 because of this I choose Atlanta

Eh, their avg. highs are 5C apart, that's a pretty big difference.
