Perhaps this climate is unrealistic, but it's interesting, what do you think about it?

Winters are long, but without severe frosts, summers are relatively warm but short. Also, unlike most this type climates (Tromsø etc.) this climate is quite sunny. Snowfall is quite high, but not as high as places like Sapporo. Overall, I rate it as B-. Winters are too long, without cold spells, and summers are too short, but it's much better places like Dubai.

Winters are too long, and summers too short and too dry. Overall too sunny. B-

B-. Winters can be colder and it should have less sunshine.

Interesting Dfc climate.

I wouldn't live there though because winters are too long.

D-

The sunshine hours really help bump up the grade though.

I meant 'it's much better than places like Dubai'.

great climate. A- .. it's not that unrealistic, too. Only the sunshine hours are, cause a climate with that winter-length would be situated at a much higher latitude with lower sunshine in winter...

I would ordinarily give such a climate a B due to the risk of thawing with average temperatures as high as 27F, but since the monthly record highs are well below 40F and there is plenty of snow I can up that rating to an A. Unfortunately there are no bitter cold snaps in Snowland with that record low of -5F, so I have to bump the rating down to A-. The summers are pretty nice, and the winters are nice and long. One negative is too much sunshine - with such temperatures I'd prefer a cloudy and dark scene.
