A- for me. Very nice. Great temperature range and the sunshine is okay given the temps. Only real problem, is that I woud like a bit less rainfall at some part of the year.

It has the same record high/low temperature as here, but would see snow a lot more often than here.

Last 3 snowfalls in Passo Fundo were in 1994, 2000 and 2006. There's rumors of a little snowfall in part of the city in 2011 but i didn't find confirmation of it.

Solid B+ though too rainy all in all.

Generally remarkable how even the worst of Brazil's climates aren't able to suck as much as Canada's best.
