Inspired by Lima, Guayaquil, and some Patagonian climates, I bring you Venus Steppes:

A very dry subtropical steppe climate that none the less sees an intensely gloomy regime of marine layer, fog, and incessant light drizzle. Even in the summer "wet" season, the summer weather is accompanied by by light, frequent showers rather than tropical downpours, but summer humidity can be so high as to be unpleasant. Seasons are extremely even with variations from seasonal norms rare.

How do you rate it?

Too warm year round. Too cloudy year round. I like that it is at least dry, but it isn't enough to make up for the year round warmth and gloom. F

D for me. Sunshine is terrible and the rain isn't enough, I do like humid overcast conditions though.... in moderation.

Judging by the name, I thought this climate would be ridiculously hot... Anyway, it's still an E-.

I also thought it would be a super-hot climate based on the name. Anyway, I give it a C. It's certainly within the comfortable range but it definitely needs more seasonal variation, sunshine, precipitation, and variety to make it a better grade. I'd pick it over any extreme climate though.

Assuming the record lows are above freezing.. I give it a B- due to gloominess and coolish winters. Overall not that bad though...
