London. Has anyone who said NY ever been in NY in August with the heat and humidity that knock you out? Or London in August with pleasantly cool days and nights that don't get dark until 10pm? and no mosquitoes?
In NY you just want to stay inside with a/c. In London you can go out and do things, walk around, enjoy all the beautiful parks in comfort.
Like we really needed another thread on this. EUGal has been banned like the troll they are. Good riddance.

Well isn't that marvelous. We all care so much. A lot of people would prefer that to hot sticky summers anyway. Oh and it's still "summer" even if the average highs are 73°F. Why are you so interested anyway?
London's summers, while nice, are entirely too spring/fall-like for my taste. I prefer the heat, humidity, and thunderstorms that New York has to offer.

We are just having a conversation here. All we are doingis comparing climates. What's the big deal?
I didn't make this thread, just contributing. As I said, aside for other oceanic climates, most people are accustomed to having summer temps much warmer during the summer.
It is the same people with multiple accounts who keep creating these threads or digging up old ones...
Most of those that keep slagging off the UK/London climate are all brand "new" members. Quite what their obsession is I have no idea? Perhaps they were refused a visa or something
