I give it a C-..it's comfortable but too boring. Not enough temperature variation and way too dry.

I voted C.

While I LOVE the temperatures, it is way too dry for my taste.I'd miss having frequent thunderstorms too much! But it would make an ideal vacation climate though!

B (this rating goes for the top climate table)

Pleasant temperature range (maybe the summers are a few degrees warm). Amazing winters. Perfect sunshine. Just needs a little more rain for versatility though.

If going by the bottom climate table then I'd degrade its climate to C+ (for the hot summers and the low diurnal range within them)

A-, except nearly no precipitation, everything is perfect about this climate.
Outdoor activities at nearly every day of the year are possible.

I'm surprised. I expected this to be miserably hot. But there's no seasons, and it's much too dry, so C-. I wouldn't live here voluntarily, but if I was forced to I would be fine.
