Check out what the storm is doing causing the blizzard in North Dakota and Severe weather East of there. It's sucking up moisture from the gulf but dews not high enough to cause a Tornado outbreak. Could of been a bad one too.

Haha. I didn't even know that was negative. Thought +19 was off. Now I got -21 there. lol

Changed after 4:15pm which is weird because I thought the reports come in on the hour. I think some stations report outside the usual hour mark.

Yes, especially in the 50s. Maybe in a dry heat it wouldn't matter, but at these temps 30s/10s makes a significant difference in the relative humidity which I can feel.
