Ok, but for the 86786th time, I have experienced this at night as well, when the sun was not an issue. This has nothing to do with sun or clouds since we always experience very humid sunny days in winter.
I don't care what physics say, I always feel colder in humid cold than in dry cold and if you think I am lying I invite you to spend a winter here and see how "mild" it feels.
No, it's the other way round. Relative humidity is pretty irrelevant to how it feels unless it reaches 100% and there are water droplets in the air, like in your 3°C T°/Td example. Absolute humidity is the key parameter regarding how humid it feels.
I am sorry but my body does not agree. Am i weird ? A 13c dp with a 15c temp will always feel humid while a 13c with a 32c will always feel dry. Absolute humidity is useless in terms of humidity feelings.
