No, dew points in summer should be AT LEAST 60, but more like 70! We've been suffering from too low of dew points in Wisconsin this week too. When will that hot, humid air mass come back?
I love stepping out the door and then thinking "Ooh... what an awesome sensation."

Until you start physical activity and realize it is too hot for comfort.

I am not physically active much. It is sooooo comfortable to be sitting in the yard when the dew point is 75 and the temperature is 90 to 95.

Well, his comment about not being physically active made me wonder whether he's obese or not (mostly as a joke), but yes, obesity would mean a higher intolerance to hot weather.

Current look at the dewpoints out there. I'm Back up to 63° here. A/C cranking again. Feels like mid 80s outside
