Dews in the 80’s are extremely rare in Tampa. Doesn’t happen most years.

I'm not in Tampa. But to be clear dear it don't happen every morning. I am right on the gulf so i get it worse than Tampa. My avg is around 72 to 76f, but have seen it 80+ a few times each summer. Now with a high stuck over me it is around 64f.

Dews are in the 13-16c range lately, which is pretty normal fot the season. What isn't normal is the high temps being in the 15-21c range only, so it feels pretty damn humid yet kinda cool since it's been raining most days this month and it has been incredibly cloudy.

Have you ever checked out WeatherSpark and compared the temps and mugginess levels between Miami and Hong Kong? No?

Well, in sum, during the summer months Hong Kong has identical summer highs BUT higher summer lows than Miami. AND even higher percentage of humid weather than Miami.

I believe I’ve had more dews in the 70’s so far than high temps in the 80’s, it’s a close one though.

Edit: Nope, five days in the 80’s vs four days with dews in the 70’s (plenty of upper 60’s though).

Here's LaGuardia's Max Dew points this yr so far.

Lowest was -9°F Jan 31st.
Highest was 66°F May 26th

7 times in May the max was 40s.

Here's Bridgeport for first half of Junes. Lets see if they get a 40s max. Not that common. Only 6 times in past 12yrs.
