That's strange about Florida. What's the cause of the lower dewpoints there?
Not sure what the reason was at that time. Here's a look at the current map. That's the Miami I know. LOL It is raining though which is helping the cause.
Check out Bridgeport. Only select few in the Northeast are above 53, we're one of them.
Clouds and 60s here in CT. (both DP & Temp) I don't mind muggy DPs in the 60s when temps are 60s or lower with clouds around. Don't prefer it but don't mind it.
Just so you know Cambium, late morning feeling like 90s in Florida and the Gulf Coast is not going to change until October lol. That 79 reading in Georgia is impressive. That would be excessive for me.
I was out running errands and hadn't checked the weather at all this morning. When I got home and went inside I made a rough guess that the dew point was 64F. Got online and it is exactly 64. Maybe humidity is my sixth sense.

That is sick (literally) to think about. How do people deal with death like that?
My reference was more for Georgia to North Carolina feeling like 90s in the morning.. I had to mention the entire area though.
Put it this way.. seeing more 90s in the southeast to Mid Atlantic past couple days more then Texas to Plains in the morning. Current Heat index
