So,if SH dont have seasons, why exists native Deciduous trees in Southern South America ? they dont need to go dormant to survive the cold and snow?
Trees are not people. Even the trees in central/southern France are deciduous in winter, but those winters barely count as winter. With average highs in the 8-12 C range and lows in the 0 to 5 C range, that's like early spring in a real 4-season climate.

Yes!
I want to count how many people live in 4 season climates, but I don't know which criteria I should use.
I think average lows below -12 °C and average highs above 26 °C in July might be a good criteria, but some people will complain that those summers are not "real", even though they'll feel warm enough to be able to wear anything you want IMO. The problem is, not many of those places get average highs above 28 °C in July, so, by raising the threshold, I'd be cutting many parts of the population.
I think I'll eventually do average lows below -12 °C in January and average highs above 26 °C in July, it maybe the best to include a high part of the population.
