Hi - I'm working on a piece about this weather battle. Anyone else want to weigh in on what else these two cities have to offer, weather or culture or community? email me at editor (at) westerlynews (dot) ca ...
A tricky one. I voted Tofino, because it's sunnier, but looking at it's rainfall stats, I think it's a "moss belt" town and I don't like mossy places (to live). Buxton has similar rainfall to here, so shouldn't be mossy, although I'm guessing it's a damp place, so could be a mossy town.
Very difficult choice, but I'm going to have to give the edge to Buxton for being colder in winter and cloudier. Love Tofino's rainfall and I'm sure it's a beautiful place.
