June was slightler cooler than average in the UK making it the 6th consecutive colder than average month.
June was slightly drier than average, and sunshine was average.
June was a very boring month with a lack of any temperature variation, and no warm weather at all.
June had no interesting weather events such as heavy rain, hail or thunderstorms.
June was the most boring summer month probably since August 2009 but at least that was mild.
June was 0.5°C milder than last June.

As an average of every day's rating out of 10, June 2013's final rating is 2.2 / 10, which is a D-.

8.8/10. Nice and cool, but could be a bit sunnier.

Wow, I thought our absolute maximum of 22.3C was tepid! Is this the first time you've ever not hit 70F in a summer month since you've been keeping records?

Most of June was cool, overcast, and somewhat rainy here. It isn't really that unusual for this time of the year ("June Gloom" as they call it) and frankly I find that kind of weather relatively comfortable, but it belongs in fall, winter, or early spring... Not late spring/early summer, in my opinion. So for that I'd give the month overall a C - comfortable and never really bad, but definitely not great considering what time of the year it was.

The weather we've had the last couple days has been fantastic, however - mid-20s (high 20s inland) with decently high humidity and bright sunshine. So definitely an awesome end to an okay month and a great way to start off the summer

No, last June had an even lower absolute max with 20.6°C.

However, we hit 25.8°C in May last year, and overall the first six months of 2012 I would gladly take over the first six months of this year, even including the terrible June.

After 2 unusually cold months, May and June were unusually warm. Especially the nights in June were warm, which brings up the mean temp. Have to wait for the official data, but it might be that this June will make the top 5 in the last 50 years.

Days above 25C: 9
Days above 20C: 20
Nights below 10C: 4
T-storms: 2

Sunshine probably slightly above average, perhaps 320 hours.

June 2013 at Orly airport

Avg Min: 12.4°C/54.3°F (-0.3°C/-0.5°F)

Highest Max: 29°C/84.2°F (18th)
Lowest Min: 6.3°C/43.3°F (25th)
Highest Min: 17.8°C/64.0°F (18th)
Lowest Max: 16.0°C/60.8°F (9th)

Precipitation: 98 mm / 3.9" (Avg: 49.0 mm / 1.9")
Precipitation > 0.1 mm: 13 days
Precipitation > 1 mm: 10 days
Precipitation > 25 mm: 2 days
Highest Precipitation in a day: 38.9 mm / 1.5" (8th)

Sunshine: 202.3 hours

Days with abundant sunshine (more than 10 hours): 7
Days with little sunshine (less than 2 hours): 3
Sunless days: 1

It gets a 6 thanks to the decent storms we got in the first 3 weeks and the above average rain. Otherwise pretty dull and cool, so not really good in my books.

It's the coolest June since 1991. It's also the second June month that failed to reach 30°C/86°F since 2000 (other was 2008).

So what were you Rozenn complaining about? It turned out to be a completely normal June for Paris?

About 0.7°C below normal. But over the last 20 year, June has been a crazy month, without any below normal June between 1991 and 2012! So a normal June feels coolish compared to what we're used to.
Also we haven't had proper heat so far. Well I'm Parisian. I love to complain.
